Payment Policies
Payment in full is due upon booking. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $200.00. The damage deposit is payable upon booking. It will be automatically refunded on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
Cancellation Policies: These policies apply to all short-term reservations regardless of the reason for the cancellation:
✦ 15 days or more from check-in date: Full Refund.
✦ 7 days before check-in date: 50% Refund.
✦ Less than 7 days before check-in date or "no-show": No Refund will be provided.

Main Policies*:
- The Unit's Maximum capacity is strict. No extra guests, air mattresses or beds allowed.
- All guests must wear their rental identification wristbands at all times.
- Pets are only allowed in "Pet Friendly" units and paying an additional fee per night.
- Visits are not permitted, only guests and residents are able to use the Beach Club pool and common areas of the project.
- Any damages to the house or its inventory must be reported immediately and the costs will be covered in full by the guest.
- Any missing items will be charged in full
- Quiet hours: 10pm - 7am. (Loud music, noise or parties are not allowed at any time).
- Smoking is prohibited.
- Coolers, music speakers, food and drinks are not allowed at the Beach Club.
- Playa Venao is a secluded place, please understand that If there are any electricity, water, or internet outages during your stay, no refunds will be made since these situations are out of our control.
- Checking out before reservation end date will not have a refund for unused nights.
Potential for Noise
The Playa Venao area is beautifully growing and currently under development. In order to create and improve new spaces in the project, Blue Venao is carrying out construction work from time to time in some areas and it is possible to experience construction noise or dust during your stay. We regret this potential inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding as unit changes, refunds or discounts will not be offered for these reasons.
